SBDA is the brainchild and the result of the combined expertise and experience of QED: Quality Executive Development (Pty) Ltd (QED)

and the Guild Combination (Pty) Ltd (the Guild).

SBDA is the marketing and distribution company tasked with bringing the SMME Business Toolkit (the Toolkit) to the people that need it most, through South Africa and the SADC region.

SBDA has the exclusive license to market and distribute the Toolkit in South Africa and the SADC region and to offer accredited and non-accredited training interventions through its training partner, QED.

SBDA is a young and vibrant company in its first year of operation. All of its directors are passionate about the Toolkit and the benefits it can offer to SMMEs and are accordingly all involved in the daily operations of the company.

As a company in its first year of operation, SBDA benefits from the EME exemption provided by the Codes of Good Practice and qualifies, automatically, as a level 4 contributor which means that 100% of a company’s spend with SBDA will count towards achieving that company’s procurement target. There are of course additional points on offer for procuring from an EME.
